The team is comprised of a number of professional planners at various stages of their careers. The team has been exposed to planning systems at international, national and local levels. iPLAN is known as a visionary planning organization leading ground-breaking initiatives for clients. The Planning & Design team have lead, managed and supported over 300 planning applications across the Greater Golden Horseshoe Area achieving a success rating of 80% and representing a real estate asset portfolio greater than $10.0B.
