The Student Development Program (SDP) is a student recruitment program focused on the development and growth of its future employees. Through the three stages of the program, the student will develop into a full time employee at iPLANcorp working under one of three company disciplines; Land Planning, Software Development or Sales/Marketing. The Program recruits eligible students to work in a paid summer position. Once they complete their summer employment, they are offered a scholarship to further develop themselves as students and future iPLANcorp employees. After graduation, the graduates return to iPLANcorp where a position in their respective department is waiting for them
Student Benefits
- Financial Aid: iPLANcorp offers students participating in the Student Development Program tuition payments from the iPc Scholarship Fund. The iPc Scholarship can relieve the financial stress many students endure throughout their academic careers
- Real-World Experience: Participating in the Student Development Program provides the student with real-world work experience. Not only will the student benefit through their extended education, they will also benefit through their participation in day-to-day activities in a planning/software/business environment
- Job Security: With the Student Development Program, participating students are guaranteed a position at iPLANcorp providing completion of their program
