iPLANcorp’s primary business is the provision of urban planning consulting services to the real estate development industry, hospitals, school boards and utilities. In its award-winning history the company has directed a variety of exciting planning projects including the Ballantrae Golf and Country Club, Cathedraltown, and the Southlake Regional Health Centre.

In 2002 the company diversified it’s services by adding the software and services division, investing $3.5M in R&D and application software development. iPLANcorp penetrated the municipal environment with exciting projects for the City of Greater Sudbury, the Municipality of Clarington, the Town of Innisfil and the West Parry Sound Geography Network.

In 2007, iPLANcorp introduced two leading-edge software products: Survey Document Manager and Address Point Manager. The products have been successfully launched and installed in municipalities in Ontario, and efforts continue for aggressive sales to government and quasi-government agencies across the Ontario marketplace.

Our strategic plan envisions iPLANcorp continuing to grow our urban planning consulting services through small business acquisitions and expansion of our services into the hospital and school board markets. We will also continue to focus on selected investment activities in land development. We will continue to develop and enhance our portfolio of quality, market-driven software applications; selling and deploying them on a wide scale.

iPLANcorp was named York Region’s CHARACTER BUSINESS at the inaugural 2007 Character Community Awards
