Survey Document Manager™ enables you to quickly and easily manage, search for and display critical authoritative documents such as as-built engineering drawings, draft and registered plans of subdivision, reference plans and architectural drawings in a web-based GIS environment.

Survey Document Manager™ Functionality:
• Search for documents by picking on a location or selecting features on your map, such as a property or fire hydrant to identify those documents in that location or related to the selected features.
• Scroll over the list of documents that are in that location or related to the selected features to see details related to each document, such as index number, document type, date, etc. as well as a thumbnail of each document to help you determine which document you are looking for.
• Select one or more documents from the list to display the documents positioned on your map relative to your parcel or infrastructure data for example or in a separate window.
• Incorporate and search for plans provided by Teranet by selecting parcels or querying the database.
• Print the map showing the positioned document relative to your parcel or infrastructure data or as an individual document.
• Zoom, pan and query map features such as parcels, piped infrastructure, addresses and buildings.
